Unable to make payment for Apple Music subscription

You can go to Settings

Tap on <your name> on the top

Tap on Payment & Shipping

You will see any payment methods you have registered with your account. Make sure to have at least one Payment Method ready to go. If there is no Payment Methods listed, tap on "Add Payment Method" and follow the prompts.

Open Apple Music App

Tap on Account (the little circle icon in the top right corner with your profile picture)

Tap on Manage Subscription

Pick the subscription plan you would like to move forward with.

Follow the steps and you are subscribed.
