previous phone and web browser now log in as usual with usernsme and password, app deleted and reloaded and password changed and still no use on iphone 16 what is the issue as 15 years of passwords stored here

This is not an iPhone/Apple issue, but rather a login issue with the Bitwarden app. You need to contact their support.
