Can I get a copy of an in-store sales receipt
from an Apple store?

Was this an Apple retail store? if so, they usually email the receipt for purchases.
If this as for a device you have added to the list of devices associated with your Apple ID, you can log into your account and see if there is a invoice shown for that device. Those are usualy available for about 18 months.
Otherwise you need to ask the store. We are not Apple employees so have no way to check into this.
