Deleted an app other day. Doesn’t show on my iPhone or ICloud, no where except in the search tab in settings under suggestions. The icon is a white box with an X through it. How do I get rid of it?

It’s still there, it was gone for 5 mins and showed up again. Can I turn off suggestions tab? Should I redownload and delete it from IPhone storage in settings? It’s only one app, after I deleted 5 app.
When removing an app on iPhone, you have 2 options, remove from home screen and delete app. Removing from home screen only removes the app from the home screen. To fully delete the app, hold down on it, and click delete app. You may have offloaded the app if it is white with an x. To delete offloaded apps on an iPhone, you can go to the iPhone Storage screen in Settings-General-iPhone Storage and delete the app from there
I offloaded the apps under the suggested tab on IPhone storage, but the app doesn’t show up on the apps tab because it’s already deleted when I deleted it off the Home Screen. I don’t see it come up under suggested in settings search tab, but it did that last time and showed up hours later. What should I do then?
