How can I recover deleted photos on my iPhone?
I tried to restart the phone and to call apple customer service but till now the problem is not fixed yet and i still have major data loss

Open the Settings App
Tap your name at the top
Tap iCloud
Tap Photos and make sure the switch is on
Assuming you synced your photos with iCloud, if the switch was off, your photos should be restored to your phone.
