AirPod Pro 2: What is the difference between model MTJV3DN/A and MQD83DN/A-OM?

Hi.

I Am about to buy a new pair of AirPods Pro 2.

I can see there are two different models, MTJV3DN/A and MQD83DN/A-OM, but I don’t clearly see what the difference is, except the price. MTJV3DN/A (called 2nd generation (2023)) is cheaper than model MQD83DN/A-OM.

But do they both have exact same functionality so it’s just the production year that is newer on model MQD83DN/A-OM (and more expensive)?
