I was browsing through my location history for number of reasons. Why does my location history display an address that I haven’t visited in a while yet it shows that I was there within this month?

Nobody has had my phone. I’ve always had my phone with me. The address listed was an old address that I visited frequently when my boyfriend lived there. Since he’s moved out which has been months the location history displays this address visited recently, which isn’t true. It doesn’t make sense to me as to why that has occurred.
