AddressBook Contacts causing iMac and MacBook Pro crashes in Ventura 13.7.4

iMac and MacBook Pro Ventura 13.7.4 crashes and find "com.apple.AddressBook.ContactsAccountsService, requestor = Family[75791], error = 159: Sandbox restriction" in launchd log

Both my MacBook Pro and iMac are running Ventura 13.7.4 and while routined is crashing repeatedly, I have noticed that the launch logs are consistently issuing messages about AddressBook Contacts. Has anyone seen this and does anyone have any ideas? I have run EtreCheck repeatedly and it has nothing significant to report but I am looking at the latest output more carefully.

Is anyone having issues with AddressBook Contacts?
