How to manually pause location on iPhone without showing 'Location not found'?

Are you able to manually pause your location so it shows "1 Hour ago" *Loading* and doesn't update

Without making it show "Location not found" but instead showing "Last here x time ago"

Besides airplane mode, or switching to another device. Unless switching to another device shows "X time ago" and doesn't update.

Do yell know if changing the System services settings allows you to do this?

Allowing location access never on the find my app or what?
