Here are other things to check:

• Unpair each device both from the device and the iPhone, then re-Pair them.
• Do you have a 3rd party VPN installed, even if you are not using it? If so, delete the VPN profile in Settings/General/VPN & Device Management/VPN. Don't just turn it off; delete the profile.
• Reset Network Settings:

• Open Settings
  • Tap General
  • Tap Transfer or Reset Phone
  • Tap  Reset
  • Tap Reset Network Settings

• • This will erase all Wi-Fi passwords, but will not result in any other data loss.

Ok I have now unpaired my Bluetooth devices including Apple Watch which was the main disconnnect and re-paired them.

I checked and I have no VPN installed.

I also reset network settings.

Sounds like a hardware issue to me.! Rather than turn the phone off I just turned Bluetooth off and then on and it reconnected to my watch. I just don’t want to have to transfer to a new phone if they want to swap it out!

I am having the same issue on my iPhone 16 pro running ios18. Having to turn off phone most days so Bluetooth will connect to existing devices. Been like this since I got the phone on release and seems to be getting worse. Is anyone else having same issue?

Already crashed again. Lasted less than 4 hours after doing all the unpairing and resets.
