Disable "copy image" icon at bottom right during fullscreen video playback

Im new to Mac.

While watching YT videos in full screen;

If I pause the video OR when a video ends, a second icon pops up OVER the "minimize full screen" icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.

If I right click this icon it gives options for "copy image / share image".

If I left click the icon it will highlight all text that is displayed in the paused video.

I have ALL icons in my corners disabled and this icon still pops up constantly.

When the video ends I have a hard time closing the window without selecting this annoying icon.

How do i turn this option off?
