How do I recover missing iCloud folders on iPad?

My icloud folders from my iPad disappeared . How do i get i back? I checked on deleted notes and it’s not there. Thanks.

iCloud Drive All files (documents, screenshots, videos, music) in icloud drive disappeared on my iphone13!!! Where are they? They are not in the Recently Deleted folder.

Open the Files app. Tap the symbol to the left of the”Recents” on top.
