Unable to install software on old Macbook Air

I have Macbook Air 2017 and am unable to install Microsoft One note as it demands Mac OS 13 on appstore which is not available for 2017 Macbook Air, how to work it out? Please help.

Cant download macOS X Mojave My MacBook Air is 10+ years old but I recently updated it from Snow Leopard to High Sierra(10.13.6), now I'm trying to download the official Mojave from the AppStore but it says that ,"This version of macOS 10.14.6 cannot be installed on this computer." Updating MacBook Air 2013(later) to newer OS i found my old MacBook 2013and it’s working fine it’s currently OS X Mavericks and I wanted to update it to a newer OS. Having trouble because the only I could find is macOS Sonoma on App Stor also I notice whenever I launch the “Apple Support” on Safari it’s always “Cannot support the wabepage” or “having trouble connecting with the server”something similar to those. I really want to fix it but I don’t have any idea and can’t even download apps like any movie or music streaming apps.

If you have an MS365 subscription, then perhaps OneNote access is available through a web browser.

FWIW, I don't have a MS365 subscription and I can access OneNote online. I do have a Microsoft account for my Windows laptop.

You either need a newer Mac or you may be able to use OneNote online.
