How to resolve Apple Pay not accepting Lloyd Bank account on iPhone?

Hey, i have a problem withy apple pay I don't know why not accept my Lloyd Bank account %100 I am sure nothing wrong with my Lloyd Bank because I have checked with them and my card free to add nothing been block so they advised me to contact you check my phone please by your said and fix the problems I will appreciate because this situation really upset also a couple of time I have reset factory my phone and download new iOS version but still not working.
