What is the best way to clean iPhone and headphone audio ports?

What is the best way to clean my iPhone and headphones? I have 99.8% isopropyl alcohol, can it do any damage to the devices if I use this alcohol to clean the devices? Is there an alternative?

I mainly want to clean dust that has accumulated in the charging port and the speaker grilles. And of course in the headphone grilles along with the headphone charging box.
