No text or app volume on iPhone 14 Pro Max

The only item that the volume is working on is the phone ringing. No text or app volume.

Iphone 13 mini gives one loaud ring then goes very low volume when iphone rang, very hard to hear. Iphone 13 mini ringing volume very low. Have tried turning silent mode off, ring vol up to max, pone rebooted, etc

Go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Volume Limit. Turn on Limit Maximum Volume, then drag the slider to specify the maximum volume.
