The keyboard shortcut for 'Print' is command-P (⌘P).

See all the keyboard shortcuts for menu items as they are listed across from the action in the menu selection window.

Here's a cool shortcut. Add a printer icon to the Dock.

Add a printer’s icon to the Dock: Choose Printer > Add to Dock. You can add a printer’s icon to the Dock and then drag files (such as PDFs and image files) to the icon to quickly print a document.❞
