Why can't anyone hear me on phone calls?
It doesn’t matter if it’s speakerphone, or on the phone – if I call or if someone else calls me, no one can hear me.

While you are talking on the phone use the volume up button. The same buttons control both speaker and microphone.
Can you hear them all the time? If so then perhaps there is a hardware issue with your phone. Sometimes if you turn off your phone wait, several seconds, then restart it it may clear glitches.
If that doesn't help check and see if there are any iOS software updates available (Settings > General > Software Update). Such updates often contain bug fixes.
If all else fails make an appointment at an Apple Store or an Apple Authorized Service Provider and have the phone examined. You can find them through Service and Support.
They are all the way up and people say it’s cutting in and out or that they can’t hear me at all.
