How do I fix 'No location available' for Find My Mac on a MacBook Pro running OS X El Capitan?

MacBook Pro running elicaptain

find my Mac was working perfectly showing location now

its online no location available

i have done location services which are enabled find my Mac is

enabled signed out and in iCloud

signed in and out iCloud on my

Iphone signed into my iCloud account show’s online no location

available . This is becoming frustrating and a common problem. My home wifi is excellent

any ideas?

By any chance are you using a VPN, or a proxy server, any non-Apple "security" garbage or anything else that would prevent Location Services from working correctly?
