Trying to connect a new iPad to my Windows 10 PC and getting the 0x800000A error

That is a windows specific error code.

Best bet is look for help in a windows forum.

When I click "install," it download software, but then it says "Installation Failed." I just tried resetting my phone entirely, and that didn't solve the problem.
