iPhone unable to re-pair with iPod after 'Forget Device' action

I told my Iphone to 'Forget Device' when my iPod's had only one working. It was a fix I read on these threads. My iPod's are flashing white when open, I have turned my phone on and off, have turned off Blue Tooth on several occasions and the phone will not find the iPod's again? Thoughts?

iPhones cannot pair to iPods over bluetooth. This has never been a thing.

What exactly are you trying to accomplish?

Do you perhaps mean "AirPods"? Like the small headphones? iPods and AirPods are very different things.

Please try to rephrase your question. Are you talking about iPhones and Apple Watches. Or AirPods. Or are you talking about Macs and iPhones? Please make the question clearer
