No names for contacts in iPhone 6

My iPhone 6. Have numbers but no names on contacts or favorites

Names disappeared from phone contacts favorites Favorites list in iphone contacts suddenly appears with phone numbers only, no names. At the same time, the contact card associated with each favorites phone number has disappeared from my contacts list. How could that happen? I tried restoring from an icloud backup 2 days ago, but that did not change anything.

The phone went to obsolete long back ago .

just try restarting the device

there is no software updates available for this device too.

suggestion is to buy a new one
