How can I recover lost Apple Music playlist after syncing?

I have syncronized Musik on my Mac with my iPhone. Afterwards many playlists on my Mac are empty or only some tracks are left.

How can I get this fixed: How can I get back my playlists with all tracks

restore deleted playlist on apple music One of my playlists was deleted or just disappeared. I'm actually not sure. But since I just got my macbook I haven't been able to setup time machine and it turns out my phone's last backup is from 9 months ago. Needless to say that the cross platform sync came in "really handy"... :') Is there maybe another way to restore a playlist?
