Delete key no longer deletes anything in Apple Music or TV (apps on computer)

I use the apps on my computer to playback music/videos that I have the files of, often versions of things I am working on. Not streaming anything.

When adding a new version of a file to, say, Music app, I would like to simply hit the delete key and erase the older version. Up until Sequoia this worked fine, now nothing, I have to go to the right-click or ctl-click menu to delete.

These apps are janky to being with, so many other problems (ahem, artwork, syncing etc.) but now removing key usability features? Really?
