Mac mini M4 pro keeps active while in sleep

Woke up this morning and noticed my Mac mini m4 pro was quite warm. Checked the CPU history and all ! processors were very active. see Screenshot below. As soon as I was logged in the processors stopped working. I wonder if my new higher than normal energy bill has something to do to do with this? Any suggestions on how to make sure there is no activity when im not using the Mac mini? Other then turning the power completely off?

Sleep is unnecessary on later Macs and should be disabled. Shut for long absences/idle overnights (no downside whatsoever) and for regular operation use the settings exactly as shown below: (reboot after setting):

Also, do not manual-sleep for brief absences; use instead the Lock Screen settings to switch the display off on timer:

Once set, you can also use Control-Command-Q to immediately lock your screen (instead of waiting for the display to switch off on timer).
