Can I transfer my book from Apple Book Template to Kindle Create?

I'm an 82-year-old who is so confused. I'm almost finished writing a healing book using the Pages word processor. I am very slowly transferring it to a Pages novel template. It needs so many changes in font, size, indentions, editing, etc. When I finish this project, will I be able to transfer it to Kindle Create to sell on Amazon? I had looked at the instructions for changing it in pages for kindle and could not understand what they were talking about. Does Apple have classes on this subject in its stores? I'm in Tucson. They used to have the One-on-One classes, and they were amazing.
