Facebook is not sending sound alert notification on my iPhone 14 Pro Max

acebook notifications on my iPhone refuse to play sounds. I’ve checked every setting, reinstalled the app, reset my phone, and even spent two hours with Apple Support—everything is set up correctly, but Facebook still won’t send sound alerts. This is clearly a Facebook issue, not an Apple one.

To make matters worse, there is absolutely no support from Facebook—no way to reach a real person, just useless help articles that don’t solve the problem. For a platform this big, the lack of customer service is ridiculous. Until they fix this, the app is unreliable for real-time updates.

Any ideas?
