Bluetooth does not turn on Catalina

Hi,

On my machine the Bluetooth is disabled with the icon greyed out and a zigzag line across which means bluetooth is unavailable.

In About Mac > System Report > Bluetooth it gives "No information found"

The whole bluetooth Preference Pane has disappeared from System Preferences.

I tried all mentioned solutions and none of them worked for me. I have also decided to replace the Bluetooth module. This also did not resolve the problem.

Did anyone manage to resolve this problem and is able help me with this.
