How can I prevent my iPhone 11 from freezing?

kusemererwa ~ 77% is not healthy and is almost certainly the reason for the issues you're seeing. Apple recommends having the battery replaced at around 80% – so have the weak, aging battery replaced and all will be well:

The battery needs to be replaced if you plan to hold onto the phone.

This is known as "ghost touches".


I would be very surprised if a new battery will fix this. What it usually means is that the iPhone's screen is failing and will need to be replaced at the Apple Store.....make an appointment......or at an authorized Apple service shop.
