How do I remove Apple Maps from Mac and iPhone due to 'Gulf of America' issue?
I would like to delete Apple Maps from my macbook and phone (b/c of "Gulf of America"). Is that possible?

Sure - head over to https://whitehouse.gov and provide feedback that they messed up.
As soon as the executive order is rescinded, Apple will update their maps to fix the problem. Same with Google, whose Google Maps also reflects the incorrect name.
