It's a 16-inch MacBook Pro (2021) running Sequoia 15.3. The problem is recurring for at least six months. It happens both when I close the lid and when I leave it running attached to an external monitor. Any suggestions on sorting this out?

Sorry if this is the third reply, but I keep being told that I have to log in again. In any event, I deactivated the toggle. Had no idea it even existed, so thanks for the tip.
