How to remove a large, unmovable text bubble at the top of an iPad book page?

Well editing a book page the text bubble became very large, moved to the top of the page and can’t be moved or deleted. What did I do?

Moving or disabling side panel in pdf files while in markup mode So this is frustrating. When I’m in markup mode on a long pdf file on my iPad (pro 4th gen, iOS 16.4.1), there is the side panel that is on the left hand side of the page. as a left-handed person, this is freakin debilitating when I am trying to markup my doc and my hand touch’s the part of the screen with the side panel and the pages jump around. Really difficult when you’re trying to take notes during lecture. Apple got it right (lol) with palm rejection with the apple pencil so why cant they let us move this damn side panel. It just seems like there’s got to be a way to do this. Anyone know of a way to move the side panel or disable it???
