How can I save downloaded images to Photos on iPhone?

I have an iPhone 15 ProMax and when I have images I’ve purchased, unzipped and saved to files, I can’t get them to save to Photos! I even sent them to my text and tried to save from there. Nothing shows up! Help!

thanks,

sue

Open the file you want to save and click on share button, then scroll down and you will see save image. Click on it and it will be saved to photos. If you still don't find it in the photos then go to recently saved section in photos. You will find it there.

I wonder if you're looking in the right place…

How is your Library sorted?

If you see "Photos" at the top of the screen, scroll up until you see "Library" at the top. In the Library view you can choose the Sort menu. If you are sorting by Date Captured, then your saved pictures could be anywhere. If you change the sorting to Recently Added, then they should be visible at the bottom of Library.

Do you see them there?
