Why is my iPhone 16 not syncing with iTunes?

Tried to sync my iPhone I can’t sync it or drag it over into my iPhone 16. It does go into my iTunes, but it doesn’t show up on my iPhone after syncing it also says that there’s no music on my iPhone 16

iphone will not stay connected to my itunes windows 10 Over the past few months I've had an awful time connecting my iphone to itunes. It will connect and in 10 of 15 seconds drop from itunes. I have iphone 12 pro with a huge itunes library and can't download songs or playlists to my iphone. I've tried all the listed steps to help with this error and nothing seems to help the issue. Iphone 14 will no longer sync to itunes but ipod will. my Iphone 14 used to sync to my itunes on a PC but quit a couple months ago. I still import cds into itunes and in november it stopped syncing to iphone but i can sync to my ipod. When i sync to the Ipod it goes through 6 steps but only 4 steps for the iphone but sometimes will give duplicate songs. Checked all settings and everything seems to be set right. Any other ideas? Please and thankyou!
