Latest technique for accessing M4 mini power button!

No, I haven't got one but I have been playing with one in a shop.

Simply press the front right top corner gently and the machine tips up slightly so that your left hand finger can operate the button effortlessly.

I shall be patenting the technique and charging £50 for a tutorial. 😇

That's exactly what I do. Simply lift the back left corner a bit with my right hand, and press the power button with the index finger of my left hand. It's not difficult.

Edit: There are also some nicely designed stands for the M4 minis. Helps provide extra cooling by lifting the Mac off of the counter, and provides easier access to the power button at the same time.

👍

At my age, I occasional complain about aches and pains. My biggest complaint, comes via the horn when people sit there texting after the light has turned green.

FWIW I have only used the power button on our 2018 Mac mini maybe 50 times in the last 5½ years and the power button on our M1 Mac mini maybe 20 times in the last 3 years. Right now I'm contemplating either making or buying an inexpensive stand for the M4 Mac mini.
