Music sync from iPhone 13 (iOS 18.3) to Airbook 2020 (Sequoia 15.3)

I'd like to transfer all of my music from my phone to my laptop, and am stumped. I'm signed into my Apple account on both devices, but when I try to sync (connected by USB cable), I get the warning that my laptop content will re-write my iphone content (no way to dictate the direction of the sync). Any guidance? Thank you!
