I am restring my iPhone 14 from iCloud, when I stared the process, I notices that was using cellular and not wifi.
I changed to wifi and let it to do its thing but now no progress after 24 hors or more. The amount of data that need to be downloaded has not change is the same.
Is there any other thing I could do? I don't want to stop it because I might loose my stuff.

I don't think my wifi has a VPN that I know, my I use one on iPhone but the Norton 360 is not downloaded yet.
In my settings the VPN is not connected.
Ok you tip worked, I deleted the Norton VPN that where there now my wifi on my phone is working.

Is your Wi-Fi somehow restricted - using VPN or some anti-virus aid or similar? It should not be.
Restoring my iPhone from iCloud is taking very long time and it looks stuck.
