Unable to connect to internet via ethernet or WiFi on Mac mini

Mac Mini - No internet access via ethernet or wifi

1. Shutdown, unplugged and rebooted.
2. Used a different wall jack and Cat 5 cable that I know was working.
3. Rebooted the router.
4. We typically use it hard wired but even tried to connect through wifi and no luck.

Any assistance of next steps would be appreciated.
