Can custom Table of Content Leader Lines be created and used in Pages

Using Pages 14.3 on a 2023 MacBook Air running Sequoia 15.3.1.

I would like to create my own "customized" leader line for my table of contents.

Currently, I only see five options.

I would like to have my leader line look like ". . . ." (without the double quotes).

Is this possible?
