Double click side button greyed out in my Apple Pay settings

Can Anybody help me with the “Double-Click Side Button” in my Apple Pay settings. The toggle button is greyed out and won’t let me turn it on. I use an iPhone 15 pro max with the latest software update.

The Apple wallet toggle button is greyed out in the Face ID settings as well.
