iPhone 16 Pro QuickTake problem

I previously used an iPhone 14 Pro and switched to an iPhone 16 Pro. I'm shocked that QuickTake now records in 16:9 by default and crops the frame. Now, when shooting QuickTake videos, I lose part of the composition, especially when filming close-up shots (for example, food on a table). Please bring back the option to select the aspect ratio for video (4:3) or fix the cropping issue in QuickTake recording. Phone is the main tool for bloggers and influencers, how could we be deprived of such an important function?

Your recommendations don't solve the issue on the iPhone 16 Pro. Even when selecting the 4:3 aspect ratio, the actual recording in QuickTake is done in a 16:9 format. It doesn't matter which format is chosen in the settings (4:3, 1:1, etc.) — the recording on the iPhone 16 Pro is always in 16:9 format.

QuickTake lets you record a video while in Photo mode instead of switching to Video mode. While recording, you can move the Record button into the lock position ...
