Look up the support site for your cell carrier. That should give you contact information. The carrier may be willing to blacklist the phone - that will be completely up to them - but they will not be able to track it.

Again, you need to find the contact information for your cell carrier and call them from some other phone. No one here can help you with this, nor can Apple. Your cell carrier, again, may be willing to block that phone, but they cannot track it.

Apple cannot block or track your phone

Only the company that provided your cellphone service could block the phone

You need to use another phone to contact your carrier to ask them to block or "blacklist" the phone.

Watch out for any messages that indicate that your phone has been found and you need to provide some more information about the phone. Any message like this is a scam that is trying to trick you into providing your personal information.

Your carrier is the company that provides your cell service to your phone. You pay them each month for this service.

You need to contact this company to notify them that your phone has been stolen. They will explain the options that you will have.

I am sorry, but there is almost no chance that you will be able to recover the phone if it was stolen.

You can go on Find My to find the location, or go onto icloud.com to do the same. I am new though, and am not expert.

This may not do anything for your cellular part of your phone
