ITunes not opening on Windows 11 pc

After accepting update on pc for itunes my iphone locked up and now ITunes will not launch at all, tried deleting and re installing , same issue is present saying ITunes cant read itl file, I am not very savvy with tech, can anyone shed light on this please?

Also changed and tried another laptop with the same status (the latest Windows 10 and the same latest iTunes version). I still get the same error: "iTunes cannot read the contents of the iPhone". Go to the summary tab in iPhone preferences and click restore to restore this iPhone to factory settings. Anyone can help me pleaseeeeee? I cannot understand why we should always have idiot problems with iTunes and iPhone. Since my first iPhone (iPhone 4s), there have been these kinds of unknown issues, and that's really a shame.
