Ebooks in the Books app doesn't download and open

I know this is fixed by deleting the app but when installed it works few days then issue comes back so am pretty sure it's server issue since the ebooks in my library are automatically uploaded in the cloud. This is an issue since year 2010. No this is not the only time I sent this concern.

Book app doesn’t open a single book This is a relatively new problem for me. I used to read a lot of books via the app, I usually download epubs on my laptop and AirDrop them to my phone, then I get the pop up to open it via the Book app and everything worked fine. Now I can’t open any books, new or the ones I already read. I’ve tried turning off iCloud, turning it back on, hard reseting my phone, airplane mode, you name it. Anyone else have this issue?
