When I play a song on iTunes on my phone and put my phone on standby, when I go back to my Lock Screen the song is still there. Sometimes it starts playing on it's own. I want to get if off of my screen.

Stopping Music when it Should Be Playing:
There's so many reports of this on these forums that I don't think you can. It is a bug within the update.
Report this to Apple:
Do your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on this, letting them know about this issue. Apple may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is occurring, and what bug fixes to include in updates to come. Apple will know nothing of you occurrences, if you don't report it to them.

I do not follow your wording. I mentioned nothing of iCloud. But, there are lots of posts about Music acting up as it shouldn't after the most recent update --and even I'm getting one where it plays at random.
