Assistiva Access overrules parental control

Assisting Access overrides parental controls, and so far, none of the solutions I read from apple worked.

Can you cometely block it or remove or give an option to put a password on it? The pin you have at the moment is only useful if you want to exit it, and ones exited child can override pin.

I can't unlock privacy and security for a specific app I'm trying to allow permission to view my screen for Goto assist remote support. It won't accept my password in order to unlock. This is a new Mac. I had no problem with this app on my previous Mac.

Parental controls I need to be able to block the search bar (when you swipe the Home Screen down). My child cannot use the internet because I’ve blocked it with parental controls. I found out the other day that the search bar lets her look at whatever she wants. What’s the point of parental controls?!
