My iPhone 13 automatically updated to iOS 18.3.1 and now my iPhone will not recognize my hearing devices. Bluetooth has been turned on/off, phone rebooted, and after numerous attempts to pair my compatible cochlear processor and hearing aid, still no luck.
Please help, asap, as the iPhone is my only means of controlling my hearing devices.

aravere ~ Your iPhone 13 could be >3 years old and the long process of applying an iOS update to an iPhone with a weak, aging battery can be the proverbial "straw that broke the camel's back." So...
Does your iPhone 13 still have its original battery?
And what's the Maximum Capacity % here?...

Update: It turns out the culprit was an iPad in the home. I switched off the iPad’s Bluetooth and then was able to pair the hearing devices to my iPhone. Not sure why the iPad always trumps my phone’s Bluetooth.
Thanks for offering to help, Alancito. My battery’s maximum capacity is 82%. 256GB memory. My iPhone 13 seems to be working well, fast.
