Unable to synchronize WhatsApp app in iPhone 16 with web.whatsapp.com on iPad Pro

Even before this week’s update of iOS, it had been many weeks I could not use web.whatsapp.com in m4 iPad Pro to access my chats there. No apps in this iPad in the Apple App Store allow me to do so as well. I was able to do this with my previous iPad pro.

Surprise! Surprise! Good news! The problem is solved when I try to contact support for whatsapp.com, but NOT because of advice from support. When I click the link https://www.whatsapp.com/ on the M4-chip MacBook Pro, I got to the official WhatsApp site with option to log in at the upper right corner. When I try to log in with correct user name and password, FINALLY I got the QR Code for perfect synchronization with my iPhone 16 Pro Max's WhatsApp App. Other attempts like switching from mobile version of WhatsApp to desktop version or vice versa in Safari or Firefox failed to give me the essential QR code for synchronization. The screen just got stuck to the starting point with no further change. Updating all software and rebooting were of no help as well. I hope others using the latest chips for MacOS and iOS could also have success with WhatsApp's web version.

Now, WhatsApp's web version on M4 iPad Pro cannot log in. It's stuck in the beginning to synchronize mode. After deleting all for all time and rebooting the device, if I try to contact WhatsApp Support at the official website by clicking log in, now, I ALSO do not get the QR code for synchronizing WhatsApp with the M4 iPad Pro. In the end, contacting WhatsAPP support by logging into the official WhatsApp website on iPad is impossible.

I used WhatsApp from Apple App Store for MacOS to contact WhatsApp support about this problem. Here is the response from WhatsApp below:

Thanks for your message.

Unfortunately, this issue is out of the scope of support that WhatsApp can provide.

Unsurprising. Given the posts on these boards WhatsApp is half-baked software with virtually no support. It's amazing that people use it.
