Missing passwords list and auto-fill issues on iPhone

Under settings I use to find Passwords - click - and a list of items with passwords. It is no longer listed and I don’t get auto fil or correct passwords. It’s very frustrating to constantly be having to redo on sites.

In iOS 18 Passwords was moved to a separate app and a separate icon on the Home screen.
