How to prevent notifications from disappearing on iPhone lock screen?

Still missing an option to see all notifications all the time on the lock screen until you have reacted to them.

If I have gotten like 10 messages on Whatsapp that I haven't had time to read, and suddenly someone calls me and I answer, all the messages disappear from the lock screen.

There is no single logical reason to hide your notifications like that. Isn't that what phones are for: to notify you of something?? How does my phone notify me of anything if I can't see any notifications???

Dear mother of god that still is the supidest thing I know.

And no, no I don't want to get obsessed by extra swiping up or tapping the back to check if there was something I missed. I want to see my notifications

on

my

lock screen.

Why did they removed the most important feature in a phone????

On an iPhone when you have Stacked Notification the behavior of these depends on the App.

For your convenience, I've attached a picture below showing how several apps behave with Stacked Notifications. For those apps that don’t behave as you’d prefer, switch to the List view instead of Stack.

I don't understand what does it matter if the notifications are stacked or listed. It's about that they disappear from the lock screen altogether.

Mr. SravanKra. Let's say you recieve one notification from HDFC Bank, one email, one Whatsapp message, one iMessage and one Signal message. You see them on your lock screen. Okay so you read the email, then lock your phone and continue what you were doing. Next time you look at your phone, all the other notifications are gone.

How is this behavior useful and user-friendly?

Yes, I know. That is not the issue. The issue is that I would want to see them on the lock screen, not search them from the notification centre.

Notifications disappear from the lock screen, they go to notification centre, before I have noticed them. That is the problem.

And then, on the lock screen, you swipe down and you can see them all again.
